FAQ

1. How Price is Determined:

Please do not e-mail me to ask "how much do I charge for a CD cover (or other category)" or "What are your rates" I won't be able to accurately answer.

Price depends on complexity of the art and the rights sold.

The more work, and the more uses you want, the higher the cost.

If you don't know exactly what you want but have a general theme or just a title, we can discuss what can be on the cover, taking into account your budget.

If you have a solid idea of what type of image you would want to see and what rights you need, please let me know what your ideas are and the rights needed and I will then give you a cost estimate.

2. The Best Way for Us to Work Together

Image creation works best if you are open to my ideas and and let me know what feeling or idea you want to convey with the image and allow me to come up with the solution to the problem at hand.

3. When Contacting Me Please Include the Answers to These Questions:

- Organization/ Band/ Company Name and Website.

- Tell me about your Organization/ Band/ Company

- What is your budget for the project?

4. Commission Procedure:

After we discuss the concept and agree on the basic elements and the price,  I will send a contract and require payment.

I then prepare a sketch based upon our discussion.

Once approved, I will require a least four weeks to complete the art .

Art in digital format, will be made available for your download.

5. Rights Sold:

Base prices are for first worldwide reproduction rights for use on the CD (or other category) and in the advertising of it only.

Any merchandising uses (as in t-shirt) require an additional fee.

The original art (if applicable) is available for a separate fee.

6. Scheduling:

I schedule work  at least two months in advance and take it on a first come first served basis.

I'm booked up with work at least a month in advance. However, please let me know when you need the art and I'll see

if I can accommodate you.

7. Copyright infringement:

I own all the copyrights to all my work. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright and is punishable by a $250,000 fine and imprisonment. So do not try to use my work without a license from me.

Thanks for your interest in my work.

Hope to work with you in the future.
